Drivers going north on Avenue Rd do not obey the "do not block intersection" sign at Roxborough, which is intended to allow cars going west on Roxborough to turn north on Avenue Rd, and west on Dupont Street. Due to restrictions on other east/west roads in the area, this route provides essential access to Dupont Street.
